Although our rates may seem slightly above market, you won't ever see a charge on our monthly statements that you don't understand and can't justify, and our management contracts are extremely clear and straightforward.

SILVER SERVICE - $20 to $40 per unit, depending on number of units.
Includes all services but limited to annual membership meeting and quarterly walkthroughs.

GOLDEN SERVICE - $40 to $60 per unit, depending on number of units.
Includes all services but limited to bimonthly meetings and monthly walkthroughs.

PLATINUM SERVICE - $60 to $80 per unit, depending on number of units.
Includes all services and limited to monthly meetings and twice monthly walkthroughs.
